Elizabeth Slate is a Duncan McLean and Pearl Levine Fairweather Professor of Statistics in the FSU Department of Statistics. She received her Ph.D. in statistics from Carnegie Mellon University in 1991. She was elected a fellow of Institute of Mathematical Statistics in 2023.
