- Statistical modeling and decoding of population neuronal activity in motor cortex
- State-space models, non-stationarity in time series, adaptive Bayesian inference methods
- Information-theoretic study of temporal relationships in simultaneously recorded spikes and LFPs.
- Statistical analysis of spectral/temporal features of birdsong bouts and notes.
