Sebastian A. Kurtek
I have moved to my new
position at The Ohio State University Department of
Statistics. Please click on the following link to be
redirected to my new page: http://www.stat.osu.edu/~kurtek.1/.
I received a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the Florida State University Department of Statistics. I received my M.S. in Biostatistics from the Florida State University Department of Statistics in 2009 and my B.S. in Mathematics from the Tulane University Department of Mathematics, New Olreans, LA in 2007.
My main research interests lie in statistical shape analysis of parameterized curves and surfaces. With increasing numbers of imaging data, especially in medicine, there is a high demand for methods used to analyze shapes of objects present in the images.
