Software
-
Programs used in the
paper "Monte Carlo Methods for Bayesian Analysis of Survival
Data Using Mixtures of Dirichlet Process Priors" by Doss and
Huffer (in JCGS 2003).
-
clumps.shar: This is a shar file
containing programs written in C and Maple for computing the methods
in the paper "Approximating the Distribution
of the Scan Statistic Using Moments of the Number of Clumps"
(JASA, 1997) by Chien-Tai Lin and myself.
-
Other Software for the Scan Statistic/Spacings
This is a collection of separate ascii files containing programs
written in C and Maple which are related to the scan statistic and
computations for spacings. This includes the programs in clumps.shar
above and a couple of other programs. These programs are based on the
joint work of Chien-Tai Lin and myself.
-
autologistic.sharThis is a shar file containing programs written
in S-plus and Fortran for fitting autologistic regression models by
MCMC approximations to the MLEs. These programs implement the methods
described in the papers by Hulin Wu and myself (1997, 1998).
