I am Ph.D. student in statistics at Florida State University I received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, in 2007 and 2009, respectively, both in electrical engineering, with an emphasis on statistical signal processing. Currently, I am also Research Scientist in Automatic Target Recognition at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL.

My main interest lies in the area of statistical image understanding with a focus on object classification. My other research interests include digital signal/image processing, target detection, classification, feature extraction methods, and statistical learning methods.
