Please click on the following link and save it to your desktop:

Now go to your desktop and double click on the JMP file.
This process will automatically start JMP and display the following dataset.
Go to the Analyze menu and select Fit Y By X.
The following box should appear on your screen:
Click on Average Rate then select Y, Response.
Click on Rooms Occupies then select X, Factor.
Side note: if you wanted to add more predictor variables, all you have to do is put them in X, Factor.
Your screen should now look like the following:
Click Ok, and scatterplot will be produced.
Now to get the regression coefficients click on the red down arrow next to Bivariate Fit of Average Rate By Rooms Occupied and select Fit Line.
You should see the following:
Notice that the regression coefficients are located below the section Parameters Estimates.
