Mutual Fund Data
Now go to your desktop and double click on the JMP file.
This process will automatically start JMP and display the following dataset.
Click the Graph menu and then select Pareto Chart.
The following dialog box will appear.
Click the column Year, and then click on the Y, Cause button.
Click the column Percent Assets then click the Freq button.
Your dialog box should now look like the following.
Click Ok. The Pareto Chart will then appear.

Car Type Data
Double click the file to open it. Notice that there is only one column with 40 rows.
Making this Pareto Chart will be fairly similar to making the Pareto Chart with the mutual fund data. Click the Graph menu and select Pareto Chart. You will see the following dialog box:
Click the Column Car Type, and then click the Y, Cause button.
Click Ok.
