The Department of Statistics at Florida State University invites applications for a tenure-track position in statistics, biostatistics, or computational starting August 2014. We have a growing teaching and research program with over 60 undergraduate majors and over 90 graduate students. We offer a B.S. degree in Statistics and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Statistics and Biostatistics. Candidates with interests in all areas of statistics, biostatistics, and computational statistics are invited to apply. A PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field is required. Candidates should have strong commitments to excellence in teaching and research. Review of candidates will begin November 1, 2013 and continue until the positions are filled.
