Two speakers have been invited:
There will be a dinner at the Student Union on Friday evening, preceded by a cash bar. Following the dinner will be a presentation by Dr. Mike Conlon, University of Florida, on the development of the ASA web page.
The annual business meeting will follow the Saturday session.
Registration will be $25 and will include the Friday Dinner Meeting. Guests for that dinner will be $15.

There are two hotels located near UCF with special conference rates. Simply mention that you are attending the Florida Chapter Meetings of the ASA when you book your rooms. The hotels are
· Holiday Inn - 12124 High Tech Avenue (across the street from UCF), $79.00 per night, must be booked by 1/16/98, (407) 275-9000.
· Sheraton Inn - 1724 Alafaya Trail (2 miles south of UCF), $69.00 per night, must be booked by 1/23/98, (407) 658-9008.
UCF is located at the intersection of Alafaya Trail and University Boulevard in East Orlando. From north-central and west Florida take I-75 south to 408 (toll road). Take 408 east to 417. Take 417 north to (east) University Boulevard. From northeast Florida take I-95 south to SR 50. Take SR 50 west to Alafaya Trail. Take Alafaya Trail north. A $2 parking permit will be required on Friday. It may be purchased at the information booth across from the Administration Building or at the automated machines located at the parking lots. Park in the unpaved lot between the Arena and the Student Union. A campus map can be found at CAMPUS MAP
The meetings will be held in the Student Union in the Garden Key Room (221AB).
Dinner and the cash bar will take place in the Student Union in the Key West Room (218CD).
