Hotel Information:  We have reserved blocks of rooms at the Holiday Inn Select and the Doubletree Hotel in Tallahassee.

          15 rooms have been reserved for the night of Friday, February 18th at the rate of $79/night (plus 10.5% tax). 
            Check in time is 3:00 PM, Check out time is 11:00 AM.  Reservations must be received by no later than January 18, 2005.

    At the Doubletree hotel, we have reserved :
5 rooms on Thursday the 17th,
15 rooms on Friday, the 18th, and
5 rooms on Saturday, the 19th at the rate of $94/night (plus 10.5% tax). 
Reservations need to be made by January 27, 2005  *To reserve rooms via the Internet, visit the doubletree website (http://www.doubletree.com ) and type in "Tallahassee" under the city requested and the arrival/departure dates.  Scroll down to the section titled "Special Acconts" and type in FST next to Group/Convention field.  Follow the instructions to make a new reservation.
